Happy Friday, y’all!
I haven’t felt too great this morning. Dizzy and have a slight headache.
But, I went to the gym (I know, I know. It’s okay to take a rest day).
It’s done though, & I feel alright for the moment.
15 minutes on the elliptical.
25 minutes on the treadmill.
Abdominals 3x10 @ 80 lbs & 6x1 @ 90 lbs.
55 sumo squat jumps.
Also, there was a dude in the gym that kinda ruined my workout. It’s called DEODORANT, people. Sheesh… :)
